Definitions

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be processed.

Our shipping coverage includes Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We strive to deliver our products to customers across all regions efficiently and safely.


Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for standard shipping.


Processing & Delivery Time

All Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your Order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service performance. Occasional delays may occur during public holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Delivery Methods

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure your Goods are delivered in good condition and on time. Deliveries can be made to residential, commercial, or industrial addresses, provided that the address details are accurate and accessible.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delivery Issues & Reattempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, restricted access, or incorrect address, our courier partners may reattempt delivery or contact you directly to arrange an alternative delivery time.

In the event that the Goods are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
